How will I know if my order has been successfully placed? Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? The delivery time for your order depends on several factors, including your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within18 business days. Keep in mind , processing time doesn't include the shipping time , that we cant really control 
handmade takes  time so thank you is much for your patience <3 

What if the item doesn't fit me? If the item you ordered doesn't fit you as expected, we offer  exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the return or exchange process. Please make sure the item is in its original condition damaged free and unwashed . Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a refund or send out the replacement size, depending on your preference.

 What if I need my order by a certain date? If you require your order by a specific date, please let us know by adding a note during the checkout process or contacting our customer support team. While we strive to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date for all orders. However, we will do our best to expedite processing and shipping to meet your deadline whenever possible. Additionally, selecting  shipping options during checkout may help ensure timelier delivery
